  • The item must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
  • Sale items, custom-made, or personalized items are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return is accepted or rejected.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number and item details.
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference and product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return first, as outlined above. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

8. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
