1. Shipping Locations

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Whether you're shopping locally or internationally, we are happy to deliver your Zareesh fashion to your doorstep.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after business hours or during weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out according to the shipping method chosen during checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
  • You’ll be able to view the available shipping options and their prices during the checkout process before completing your order.
  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $100). Please check our promotions page for ongoing offers.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer several shipping options to fit your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and location:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic) / 7-14 business days (international).
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic only).
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (domestic only).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your order through the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors out of our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed about any significant delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zareesh purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we’ve made our return and exchange process easy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
    • Have all tags attached.
    • Be in the original packaging.

Please note that sale items, custom-made, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Return an Item

  • If your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer support team at zareeshcloths@gmail.com to request a return authorization and instructions.
  • Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please carefully pack your item(s) and affix the return label.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return first (as per the process above). Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
  • Please note, availability of exchanges is subject to stock.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please note, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at zareeshcloths@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will assist you in arranging for a return, replacement, or refund, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items (unless otherwise specified)
    • Personalized/customized items
